2 · Load your parcels

Import the AgOptics dashboard export — it auto-fills your name, every parcel, and which GSA each one is in. Or paste APNs by hand. Pick a parcel from the list, then drop wells on the satellite map — boundary outlines are drawn where public county data covers them.

Boundary outlines come from public county data and may not cover every rural parcel yet. Selecting a parcel from the list always works — the well is still tagged to the right APN and GSA from your export.

3 · Mark your wells

Tap a parcel to select it, then tap each wellhead — the well is tagged to that APN and GSA automatically. You can also tap anywhere or use your phone's location at the well.

4 · Send it in

"Email summary" sends your wells (CSV + map file, split by GSA) straight to contact@agoptics.ai — AgOptics submits them to each GSA for you before July 1, 2026.
Parcel shapes come from public county map services. When you sign in, your parcels and wells are saved securely to your AgOptics account so you can return to them; otherwise they stay in this browser until you send them.
